Hey! It's good to hear from you. Not too much going on here. I'm getting ready to start a pretty weighty trial next week - a lot of complicated evidence, complicated witnesses, so I should be working on it, but I've been procrastinating. Other than that, not too much. What have you been up to? Any news coming out of this infamous txt msg battle we've been hearing about? Any plans for spring break yet? Who's your top pick in the blawger baseball draft? I bet it's one of the Red Sox. (Yes, I resisted every urge to type "Red Sux." Feel honored.)

Hi! It's snowing here. That sucks because I really thought we would get through this winter without seeing any accumulation. It snowed in Jan but we were in Europe and we missed it. I haven't driven in snow all year and I'm way out of practice (even though my fancy car is all wheel drive) and no one else here can drive in the snow either.
Hey, you have any ideas for the Soros fellowship? I might give it a whirl except, well, I can't think of anything. Maybe we can do something together. Maybe you can create and write the entire proposal?
