iTunes does not have the Local H version of "Toxic," which I love. I don't want to have to get online to listen to it when I need my fix.

How do you mean? If you right-click the image at the URL you posted and choose "save link as..." or "download linked file..." (or whatever your little contextual menu offers along those lines), you can save the mp3 of the song to your hard drive and then drop it into iTunes for transfer to your iPod. Does that help?
